The air-conditioned bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, TV, DVD and a small safe for valuables. (Twin beds can be placed together to form a king sized bed)

A beautiful Spanish-themed bathroom which has been completely redesigned with a ‘wet-room’ shower along with toilet, washbasin and heated mirror. (No steps to negotiate) Therefore ideal for those whose mobility is impaired.

Spacious air-conditioned lounge, complete with quality settees that convert to 2 separate comfortable beds. Furnished dining table and chairs, double wardrobe, TV, DVD, VCR, and iPod docking station. The lounge serves as a separate second bedroom if required. A patio door separates the lounge from a small garden and patio area complete with sun beds and views across the golf course towards the sea.

A separate completely refitted modern kitchen fully fitted, with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer etc. As this property is on the ground floor involving no steps to access the apartment, it will also suit those with physical limitations.
