Fairways Club boasts one of the largest heated pools on Amarilla Golf and a lifeguard is always on duty.  There are often poolside activities for the young and old, and a shallow paddling pool for the really young.

The pool bar offers food and drink throughout the day, and the friendly staff will even deliver to your sun bed if you are too comfortable to move.

The pool area also has WI-FI access.

Play Area... there is a small, enclosed play area for toddlers, equipped with slides and swings,

A games room complete with books, games, computer and WI-FI access.

Restaurants... there are three on-site restaurants and bars offering a wide variety of food and entertainment throughout the day and evening. Two of them offer a half-board package for your stay, which can be arranged on arrival. Details will be found in the apartment.

If you prefer to eat in, but not to cook, several of the restaurants will also provide a take-away meal.

Amarilla Golf itself also has several restaurants and bars, all of which are within walking distance of Fairways.

There is a hairdresser and beauty shop on site and also a car-hire company.

Just across the road from Fairways Club is a friendly and very well-stocked supermarket, which supplies anything you may need. Daily English newspapers (on the day of print), fresh bread and meat, salad, fruit and vegetables, a wide range of groceries and of course liquid refreshment to go with it!!

A gentle stroll along the coastal path will take you to the newly built marina, where two more bars can be found. This is a very popular area with the local fishermen and holidaymakers. A submarine trip leaves the marina regularly for an underwater experience round the coast.

For the more ambitious, a walk further round the coast will take you past several bars, restaurant and shops to neighbouring Golf del Sur and if you continue on to the local fishing village of los Abrigos. While being quite different, the former is quite “English” and the latter very Canarian, they both have plenty to offer in the way of shops, restaurants, bars and nightly entertainment.

The local hotels also offer buffet nights, themed evenings etc.

So….on the nights that you want something more than sitting on the balcony with a meal and a glass of wine, the opportunities are endless.
